From the classic bobber to the most modern looking custom choppers and ranging from completely hand fabricated works of art to high precision CNC machined parts we supply custom motorcycle parts that cover the full spectrum of custom motorcycle building. We also have parts that bolt on directly to stock Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
MOTOXCYCLE’S CUSTOM MOTORCYCLE FRAMES
Our motorcycle frames are built on master jig tables that feature heavy ribbed cast iron high precision bases in order to provide a stable and highly accurate base so your custom frame runs perfectly true. We use alignment lasers in our chassis making process to add another level of accuracy. We only use the best materials to make our frames and we study the latest information on welding and metal forming to ensure our frames made as perfectly as possible. We make single loop, digger, FXR, Sportster and rigid or softail frames for Big-Twins. Our frames fit Panhead, Knucklehead, Shovel or Evolution motors, with either a four, five or six speed transmission. We also make frames for large high output performance V-Twin motors.
We also modify stock frames for local custom motorcycle shops on a regular basis transforming stock motorcycles into wild machines.
MOTOXCYCLE’S CUSTOM HANDLEBARS
Our custom handlebars are made with the same care and attention as we take with our frames. Custom handlebars are made on dedicated custom handlebar jig tables that are set up to accurately make a full range of custom handlebars. We are always making custom handlebars for custom motorcycle shops who are looking for something totally unique. From ape hangers to the sleek stylish bars that were made for Eddie Trotta’s winning Discovery Build Off bike we make bars that will make your build unique.

MotoXcycle's custom oil tanks have been in countless magazine articles and have been used by a large number of the top builders in the world. There's a good chance you've even seen them on TV! We make a large assortment of styles and shapes for different customers. From the most outrageous chopper to the classic stock Harley-Davidson Softail we make custom oil tanks to fit every custom motorcycle project. We make custom oil tanks of all shapes and sizes and we make steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminium oil tanks.
MOTOXCYCLE’S CUSTOM HARDWARE
We also sell various specialized hardware for custom builders. We have the world's smoothest and best internal throttle and internal clutch mechanism which features two caged roller bearings as the support for the outer housing.
Our custom stainless steel hollow handlebar bolts and bent tubing kits allow you,the custom bike builder, to make your own set of bars where all of the wiring and control lines run internally. Now you can get rid of those lines and wires hanging everywhere. If there are items you would like made but can't find anywhere please contact us.
