Specifications for Copper Plated Deep Finned Oval Oil Tank:


-16 gauge steel construction.  Battery Box is 1/8" steel. 
-Copper plating is a special proprietary process utilizing three plating layers to provide the best possible adhesion and a final deep finish that is liquid in appearance.
-Tank is fully tig welded and pressure tested.

Overall Dimensions:

Length: 8" long from from of oval to back of rear mounting tabs.
Height: Oval is 4.5" high, inner wall of battery tray is 5" high
Width: From center of the oval-12.25". We can make the tank to your custom width at no extra charge.

Battery box measures 7.25"W X 5"H X 4"L

Fittings are 1/4NPT unless otherwise specified.

We also make this tank in a tapered version that matches the angle of the frames seat side rails. 

Note: Copper finish will oxidize turning this tank a dull brown and eventually green. To prevent oxidization coat tank with a car wax or have the tank painted clear.  We can also coat your tank to prevent oxidization.
