Stainless bolt set: $81.00USD

In order to help custom builders around the world realize their full potential we are offering specialized custom hardware.

This custom handlebar bolt set comes with two stainless steel bolts 3/4" NF, two stainless steel cup washers and two custom handlebar rubbers. The bolts are drilled with a 1/2" hole to run wires and lines through. This handlebar bolt set is designed to fit into stock Harley-Davidson or custom triple trees with the same riser hole diameter. The rubber bushings supplied with this set of bolts are thinner than the original Harley rubber bushings and are made of a harder rubber compound to work with the larger bolts. No drilling of your triple trees is necessary.

We also sell the riser plugs (this is the part that you would weld to the bottom of the handlebar tubing in order to bolt the handlebars to the triple tree) and the bent tubing so you can position the handlebars the way you would like and then weld them. Tubing sets include the 1" portion of handlebar for the grips and hand controls.

This handlebar riser bracket is for the fabricator that wants to make his own fully enclosed sheetmetal bars. This bracket is made for 1.375" tubing with .120 wall. The mounting holes are set at 3.5" centers and are threaded 1/2-13NC to match Harley-Davidson specifications. This bracket has steps machined into it so the sheetmetal fits into the bracket when it is welded.

The two large holes in the center are for running wiring and cables/hydraulic lines through.
