MotoXcycle's Internal Throttle Unit:
In 1998 we noticed that the only internal throttles available had a rough feel to them and seemed to be more suited for custom motorcycles that spent more time on trailers going from show to show than getting driven.
We decided we wanted an internal throttle that would be very smooth and reliable enough to be used on our daily rides.
We also wanted an internal throttle that would last for many years so we could spend more time riding our bikes instead of fixing them.
Another design feature that was very important was that this internal throttle unit was made very strong and could handle some abuse. We like to ride hard, we need parts that can take it.
After 12 years of selling thousands of these units and seeing them in action year after year on our bikes and our customers bikes we can honestly say that there is a very good chance that this internal throttle unit is one of the best and longest lasting internal throttles in the world.

As you can see from the photo above, our internal throttle unit comes with a spacer sleeve so you can use it on stock Harley handlebars. When used without the spacer sleeve our internal throttle unit is designed to work with a tube that is 1" in outside diameter and 0.750" inside diameter. Most custom handlebars are made with 1" bar ends with a 0.750" internal diameter.
We are also one of the few if not the only company to offer a rebuild kit for our internal throttle.

As you can see by the exploded diagram above our internal throttle has two high quality roller bearing supports that gives our throttle it's unmatched smoothness and longevity.
